Return & Refund Policy for BrutalForce.com
If you change your mind about an item purchased from BrutalForce.com, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
All items must be returned undamaged and in their original, sealed condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is used, damaged, or not in a resalable condition.
To request a return, please send a written notice by email to support@brutalforce.com. Include your order number, full name, email address used when placing the order, and attach pictures of the product with the batch number and sealed packaging visible.
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will respond within three working days and provide a prepaid return label via email. Please note that a return cost of $15* will be deducted from your refund. Once you initiate the return, notify us to help speed up the process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the $15* return fee and any shipping charges.
If we cannot provide a prepaid label, we will supply an RMA number and return address, asking you to handle the return shipping yourself. In such cases, the return cost will not be deducted, but we do require a picture of the receipt and tracking number.
Please note that until we receive the returned item, it remains your responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy for SwissChems.is
Products purchased from SwissChems.is can be returned within 7 business days of delivery, provided the package is unopened and in a sealed condition. This applies to Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only. Please note that returns are not accepted for Peptides due to their sensitivity to temperature and light.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A free return label is only provided if we shipped an incorrect or damaged product. A return tracking number is required, and once confirmed at our warehouse, our team will inspect the returned items. A 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Improper usage of research products.
- Mishandling or improper storage causing damage.

Refund Policy
- All completed purchases from SwissChems.is are final, and no refunds are provided.
- In cases of seized shipments for international orders, a 30% discount will be offered on your next purchase.
- If you receive damaged products, please contact us promptly, providing supporting documentation (e.g., photos). We will work to provide a satisfactory resolution, including product replacement if necessary.
